Position Summary:

The Recruiter role within the Search organization identifies, qualifies and recommends suitable candidates to client side Consultants in a variety of capacities.  Using previous experience in a recruiting or research role demonstrates the aptitude and skill required to qualify suitable candidates for client jobs.

Our Recruiters/Staffing Managers are the key to success for placing candidates. We are currently seeking a Recruiting Assistant to help support, screen and qualify candidates, and support our Staffing Team. This position will work with Staffing Managers to understand the industry and desired skill sets of candidates. You will learn skills in sourcing and screening to successfully match candidates with our client’s job openings.  The Recruiting Assistant will work to identify new ways to find quality candidates through a variety of channels, including social media.
