Position Summary:

The Recruiter role within the Search organization identifies, qualifies and recommends suitable candidates to client side Consultants in a variety of capacities.  Using previous experience in a recruiting or research role demonstrates the aptitude and skill required to qualify suitable candidates for client jobs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit prospective candidates through a combination of phone calls and outreach via e-mail and InMail.
  • Generate leads through research of our database, LinkedIn and various online resources.
  • Grow and maintain network of qualified candidates by attending events and staying current with market trends.
  • Work with client side Consultants to develop compelling email correspondence to qualified candidates.
  • Participate in conference calls or client visits led by client side Consultants with select clients to obtain a broader understanding of both the client and the search.
  • Partner in managing the search process and operations including direct interaction with candidates while managing the scheduling of interviews.
  • Prepare candidates for job interviews and debrief them after each round.
  • Document recruiting activity in CRM Bullhorn according to policy.
  • Ensure that prospective candidates who interact with WinterWyman walk away with a positive experience.

 

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of agency recruiting experience.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a team.
  • Self-directed.
  • Demonstrates solid judgment and decision making.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intrinsically self-motivated to achieve high degree of success.
  • Exceptional work ethic.

Administrative Assistant Intern view Contract Metro West 6/26/2017

 

Admin Assistant Intern: This position will focus primarily on the administrative assistance function within the Corporate Division for all of WinterWyman.   The intern will work closely with the admins and the receptionist to provide support to a group of high volume, executive recruiters in a proactive, efficient, and detailed manner.  This may include a variety of specialized administrative and sales support functions including (but not limited to) reformatting resumes, creating PowerPoint presentations, writing up fee agreements and Candidate/Client contracts. 

**Potential exists for this position to develop into a regular, full-time role**

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Reformat resumes;
  • Welcome on-site visitors and follow security protocol to determine nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel;
  • Answer phone calls and field messages appropriately and professionally;
  • Maintain organized and clean conference rooms and reception area;
  • Manage the reservation and bookings of meeting and conference rooms; 
  • Schedule/Coordinate/Order food for meetings and events;
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and other administrative tasks to aid in the support of sales divisions as needed based on operational needs. 

Skills and Experience:

  • Exceptional customer service skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization and planning skills; 
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize and remain flexible with ever-changing business requirements;
  • Strong proofreading and data entry skills. Ability to type 55+ words/minute;
  • Demonstrable experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a high degree of initiative and professionalism;
  • Experience with Bullhorn is a plus.
