Position Summary:

The Recruiter role within the Search organization identifies, qualifies and recommends suitable candidates to client side Consultants in a variety of capacities.  Using previous experience in a recruiting or research role demonstrates the aptitude and skill required to qualify suitable candidates for client jobs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit prospective candidates through a combination of phone calls and outreach via e-mail and InMail.
  • Generate leads through research of our database, LinkedIn and various online resources.
  • Grow and maintain network of qualified candidates by attending events and staying current with market trends.
  • Work with client side Consultants to develop compelling email correspondence to qualified candidates.
  • Participate in conference calls or client visits led by client side Consultants with select clients to obtain a broader understanding of both the client and the search.
  • Partner in managing the search process and operations including direct interaction with candidates while managing the scheduling of interviews.
  • Prepare candidates for job interviews and debrief them after each round.
  • Document recruiting activity in CRM Bullhorn according to policy.
  • Ensure that prospective candidates who interact with WinterWyman walk away with a positive experience.

 

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of agency recruiting experience.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a team.
  • Self-directed.
  • Demonstrates solid judgment and decision making.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intrinsically self-motivated to achieve high degree of success.
  • Exceptional work ethic.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Accounts Receivable Collections Coordinator view Permanent Metro West 2/20/2017

WinterWyman is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Collections Coordinator for our Waltham, MA office to assist in cash / receivables collections. 

Sixty percent of time: Ability to deal with conflict and adamantly, proactively follow-up with customers for timely payments on invoices.

Forty percent of time: Focus on accounts receivable research and proper postings for third party payment systems.
- Researching Wired electronic funds.
- Review Cash postings with missing details.
- Document organization and resolution.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Identify and post correct accounts and invoices with the primary focus on collections of multiple invoices per client.
  • Provide support to Accounts receivable/ finance team.
  • Maintain financial stability and security by following internal controls.
  • Comply with federal, state and local financial legal requirements, enforcing company terms and advising management of needed actions.
  • Maintain customer confidence and develop relationships with key accounts payable contacts.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Strong problem solving skills.

Sales Professional / Account Manager view Permanent Manhattan 2/20/2017

Position Summary:

WinterWyman is currently looking for driven Sales Professionals / Account Managers for our New York office. The Sales Professional / Account Manager is a sales position that requires independence and strong judgment for identifying, building, and maintaining client relationships. In this role, you will establish a staffing partnership with client companies in the New York area and work closely with your recruiting team to present profiles of appropriate candidates, match candidates to the jobs, and negotiate client company terms and conditions. The Sales Professional / Account Manager is an exempt position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sell WinterWyman as a business partner to prospective client companies through multiple resources – including cold calling, client visits, referrals, social media, etc.
  • Build trusted relationships with client companies, and manage fee negotiations, conversion rates and bill rates. Learn the client’s corporate culture, interview process, benefit information, etc. to become an extension of their staffing team.
  • Advise clients regarding employment trends, including candidate availability, compensation structures and most desired benefit and employment packages.
  • Manage client company expectations by building trust and respect in order to control timeliness, rates, exclusivity, responsiveness, etc.
  • Provide feedback from the client to the Recruiting Team in order to ensure strong candidate matches and line up interviews in a timely manner.
  • Work independently and exercise independent judgment in the determination of engaging, developing and maintaining suitable clients.

 

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or related experience - previous recruiting or sales experience a plus.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and project management skills; ability to multi-task in fast paced, competitive environment.
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to persevere and be resilient in face of set-backs and challenging sales goals.
  • Ability to deal with conflict and strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and also collaborate with peers and Recruiting Team to develop a cohesive environment.
