  • Manage client company expectations by building trust and respect in order to control timeliness, rates, exclusivity, responsiveness, etc.
  • Provide feedback from the client to the Recruiting Team in order to ensure strong candidate matches and line up interviews in a timely manner.
  • Work independently and exercise independent judgment in the determination of engaging, developing and maintaining suitable clients.

 

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or related experience - previous recruiting or sales experience a plus.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and project management skills; ability to multi-task in fast paced, competitive environment.
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to persevere and be resilient in face of set-backs and challenging sales goals.

Employee Engagement Administrator view Contract Metro West 3/26/2017

Employee Engagement Administrator

The Employee Engagement Assistant (EE Assistant) will be a key member of the Employee Engagement Team by providing administrative support within the team and throughout WinterWyman.  The EE Assistant will ensure the highest level of customer service for those who interface with the department.  Responsibilities include supporting the day-to-day operations of the department including managing the Everify process for contractors; processing background checks, including CORI reports; assist with new employee on-boarding programs; benefit enrollment and maintenance; support training and development initiatives; assist with compliance requirements; participate on the Community Development and Wellness Committees, and other projects as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process Everify documentation
  • Conduct background and CORI checks for contractors
  • Assist with New Hire and On-boarding process, including
    • Create new hire benefits binders
    • Order new hire cookies
    • Create and maintain offer letter folders
    • Create and maintain term letter folders
    • Create and maintain employee files
    • Order new hire name plates
  • Various benefit mailings and electronic communication, such as:
    • Waived e-consent for contractors
    • Introduction to medical notices
    • 401k notices
    • Compliance notices
  • Process medical terminations to notify Ruthie
  • Process contractor employment verifications that require dates of employment and title
  • Assist with Maura’s mail
  • Reconcile unemployment notice of payment and list
  • Organize and maintain I-9 binders
  • Assist with the Cori Password Project
  • Active member of the CD and Wellness committees.  Assist with administrative tasks as needed.  Manage Sign up genius for committee events
  • Distribute and track Annual Anti-Harassment Policy distribution for internal staff and contractors
  • Assist with unemployment claims as needed
  • Filing and other projects as required

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, will consider Associates Degree and/or enrolled undergraduate student or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills to maintain a strong employee, candidate, and contractor experience
  • High level of integrity in managing confidential employee information
