Serving clients and candidates since 1995
Professional Summary
Prior to Winter, Wyman, I worked for eight years in various accounting and auditing positions, which included six years in the healthcare industry. Shortly after completing my MBA, I joined Winter, Wyman's IT Permanent division. Since 2005, I have been assisting clients and candidates with professional IT placement.
I focus on the permanent placement of talented IT professionals in the Greater Boston area. Roles vary from 2+ years of professional work experience up to the CIO/CTO level. My team and I focus on the latest technologies, including .Net, Java, SharePoint, Windows, VMWare, Cisco, among others.
While I do utilize the latest and greatest sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, a vast majority of my business comes from referrals. I have consistently demonstrated honesty and hard work to all my clients and candidates. I truly believe that is why they turn to me for help in finding a new job opportunity or in hiring their next employees.
Education
BS in Business Administration & Accounting from Worcester State College

What clients and candidates say about Patty:
"It's nice to hear from you. Overall, I found Winter, Wyman to be a pleasure to work with. Both my original representative (Patty Coffey) and the gentlemen (Rob Byron) who took up my case when she had to go on leave were professional, courteous, and competent. While the process of job hunting is never pleasant, I felt as though it was made much more palatable by working with your company." - Trevor C.
"I place great trust in Patty Coffey. She has repeatedly delivered my top performing employees across different companies, from a start-up environment to the most corporate environment I am in now. Having great IT people working with me has allowed me to focus more on company operations, and I am glad to see that Winter, Wyman can deliver just as much value in other arenas." Chris C.
"Patty was extremely helpful in every facet of my search. She was proactive in her search not only to find me a job, but to find the perfect fit for me. Patty went out of her way to ensure I was prepared for every interview and that I was happy with the prospects she had found. Her dedication did not end after connecting me with my current employer. Instead, she made it a priority to follow-up with me afterward to see if I had any questions or concerns, but most of all to make sure that I was happy with th position, company and coworkers. Should I find myself exploring other employment options in the future, I hope that I have the pleasure of work with with Patty again." Eric L.
