Professional Summary

Prior to WinterWyman, I was a regional sales manager for a large managed care company in the Mid Atlantic. My goal in finding a career in New England was to be with a company with a great reputation that provided a valuable service to their clients, and hopefully, one I would never have to leave.  WinterWyman has proven to be that and more. My focus these days is to remove the transactional nature from this business. Our clients still need the best possible talent, often by tomorrow, but the delivery of these resources should be based on a partnership, not a transaction.
