What clients and candidates say about Tracy:
"It was a great experience working with Tracy Cashman. She was very professional when guiding me through the whole job searching process. I was especially impressed by her constant communication, which is essential for any job seeker. As I have told her, not only did I get an offer at the end, but I had learned a lot during the process. I will definitely recommend her to anyone I know who wants a career move." - Ji J.
"My recent experience with WinterWyman has been a very good one. Tracy Cashman is a pleasure to deal with. She has been able to find me candidates that match the skill-set better than any other recruiter that I've dealt with. Her organization and follow-through has helped take much of the pressure off me for the hiring process. I look forward to working with Tracy and WinterWyman for my future hires. Thanks." - Frank M.
"I had never heard of or used any type of 'headhunter' staffing firm before and I can honestly say my experience was delightful. I spoke with Tracy Cashman frequently and she kept me in the loop about opportunities and even gave me some instruction and advice prior to my interview. I certainly feel privileged to have been connected to WinterWyman and its a place I would consider using in the future." - Adam C.
