Contract Group Opportunities

We are currently hiring for the following positions in our New England, New York and national contract groups:

  • Account Managers 
  • Staffing Managers 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify client opportunities by selling Winter, Wyman as a business partner that can add true value
  • Use consultative selling skills to distinguish yourself and the service you provide
  • Help clients identify position requirements and managing the search process by building trust and respect throughout the course of the relationship
  • Advise clients regarding employment trends, including salary, technology and candidate availability
  • Screen resumes for job order appropriateness
  • Effectively present the best candidates to clients, focusing on how individual qualifications meet the client’s needs
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of all offers with clients
  • Cultivate and strengthen client relationships for mutual, long-term success
  • Identify and recruit candidates to assist in their job search
  • Provide market insight and feedback to candidates that will help them meet their career objectives
  • Advise candidates regarding employment trends, including salary, technology and position availability
  • Coach candidates on their job search strategy and interviewing skills
  • Work effectively with Account Management team to match candidate skill sets to client’s job requirements
  • Ensure compensation, location, duration and scope of contract assignments align with candidates' expectations
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or related experience
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and persuade others in a sales environment
  • Strong commitment to results
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet sales goals and face challenges head on
  • Ability to effectively manage your time
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and effectively
  • One+ year of prior sales and/or technical work experience preferred but not required

  • Senior Consultant 
  • Consultant
