Recruiter / Account Manager

Winter, Wyman is looking for proactive, sales-oriented Recruiters / Account Managers for several of our Waltham, MA or Boston-based divisions. If you are interested in joining a firm with deep roots in the community it serves, a long-standing tradition of quality, and an average employee tenure of 9 years, come join us.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit high-end talent, extend your network and build relationships within specific vertical markets 
  • Work on behalf of name-brand clients as well as exciting smaller companies to help strategically staff their most critical hiring needs
  • Build successful partnerships with your candidates by establishing trust and working toward their lcareer goals while helping to find their next position
  • Identify client opportunities by selling Winter, Wyman as a business partner that can add true value
  • Use consultative selling skills to distinguish yourself and the service you provide
  • Help clients identify position requirements and manage the search process by building trust and respect throughout the course of the relationship
  • Advise clients regarding employment trends, including salary, technology, and candidate availability
  • Screen resumes for targeted job order matching
  • Effectively present the best candidates to clients, focusing on how individual qualifications meet the client's needs
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of all offers with clients
  • Cultivate and strengthen client relationships for mutual, long-term success 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience
  • 3+ years of prior staffing or sales experience preferred
  • An interest in joining an entrepreneurial team, and an ability to contribute to strategic discussions around the continued growth and direction of the team
  • An ability to be successful in a sales environment that involves a complex close
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and persuade others in a sales environment
  • Strong commitment to results
  • Adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet sales goals and face challenges head on
  • Effective time management
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and effectively
