Melissa Cappas Named General Manager of HR Contract Solutions

Waltham, MA (February 1, 2010)—Scott Ragusa, president of contract businesses for The Winter, Wyman Companies, announced today that Melissa Cappas has been promoted to general manager of the firm’s HR Contract Services division. In her role, Cappas will be responsible for business development, overseeing strategy and partnering with corporate clients on their staffing needs. She will also manage the division’s team of five staffing professionals.

“Melissa is an experienced HR recruiter with a background in business development,” said Ragusa. “The depth of her experience will be a true benefit both to our clients and employees as the economy improves and we continue to grow and strengthen this division.”

Prior to her promotion, Cappas served as a supervisor in the same division. Prior to joining Winter, Wyman, she held recruiter and staffing specialist roles with other well-known recruitment agencies. Cappas is a graduate of the State University of New York College at Geneseo.
