Santa Claus Anonymous Receives Donation from Winter, Wyman to Help with Children's Programming

Winter, Wyman's Annual Holiday Donation Awarded to Santa Claus Anonymous to Help with Children's Programming

Waltham, MA, December 20, 2011 — Winter, Wyman, a Waltham, MA based staffing firm announced today that Santa Claus Anonymous, a volunteer-based fundraising group that puts money to work for children in Boston, was the recipient of the firm's fifth annual holiday donation. Santa Claus Anonymous will use the $15,000 donation to help fund self-defense programs for girls in violence-ridden areas of the city, computers for families who can't afford them, support groups to comfort grieving families and counseling and help for runaways who have nowhere else to turn. 

“We don't have a CEO. We don't pay a staff. We are volunteers. That doesn't mean the 150+ people that make up our team aren't serious; it means that the entire $15,000 will go straight to helping the children," said Katy Keogh, Co-President of Santa Claus Anonymous. "By being awarded Winter, Wyman's holiday grant, we can help improve the lives of children right here in Boston, Dorchester, Roxbury and Jamaica Plain, both during the holiday season and throughout the year."
