Temporary employment has much to offer both employers and job seekers. To hiring managers, contractors offer a chance to assess an individual’s potential performance and contribution to the organization before making a permanent decision. Contractors are also typically task-oriented and focused and can often seamlessly transition into a permanent position. For job seekers, contract positions are a great way to have a flexible work schedule or create a path to a permanent opportunity.
