As you know, finding talented staff is a labor-intensive process. You’re busy with your core business and you can’t devote your time and expertise to a full time search. Even when you do post an opening, only a small number of the candidates that respond have proper qualifications. That’s where Winter, Wyman comes in. Through our time-tested, successful process, all you have to do is to interview a small number of selected candidates.

Winter, Wyman has been developing successful relationships with thousands of talented professionals and companies since 1972. We currently have more than 100 staffing consultants specializing in a number of disciplines. Our consultants are intelligent professionals with an exceptional understanding of the industries they specialize in. Our approach to filling a position is very precise. In an average month, 700 new permanent candidates are selected for Winter, Wyman representation and 500 new contract candidates are interviewed. In 2007, we successfully completed 2,440 searches!

Confidential Searches
Our consultants average eight plus years with Winter, Wyman meaning they have lived through the upturns and downward cycles in the economy and labor market. They are experts in their respective fields and in addition to supplying clients with needed talent, are often called upon for advice and counsel. If you need to conduct a confidential search for an incumbent employee who needs to be replaced, we would be happy to work with you on how to best accomplish your goal without disrupting your workforce or sacrificing productivity. Transition Support for Incumbent Employees
Should you need assistance with transitional support for incumbent employees, Winter, Wyman’s sister company,  Keystone Partners, assists organizations and their management teams in the areas of planning and implementing all phases of an employee separation. Additionally, Keystone will discuss and review all appropriate communications, devise an effective exiting process and coordinate schedules and timetables for a timely and effective notification.

Once the employee has been notified, Keystone will provide career transition services to help him or her successfully transition into a new opportunity – one that matches both skills and interests. Whether a candidate is looking for a similar position, contemplating a career change, or considering an entrepreneurial endeavor, Keystone's staff can give him or her effective assistance. With one-on-one consulting, assessment tools, technology-based research, support and sound administration, Keystone will make sure each candidate's next career move is the right one.

Assimilation Coaching
Winter, Wyman’s sister company, Keystone Partners also provides assimilation coaching to help a newly-placed professional quickly understand the organization and its goals, avoid missteps and stumbling blocks and gain some early success in the new role.
