Position Summary:
Are you interested in making great money while being trained and mentored by the best performers at Winter, Wyman? The Consultant role offers both great earning potential combined with a great training program. This role combines full life-cycle recruitment and client development for permanent placement roles. As a consultant you would be responsible for all facets of the sales/placement process. The consultant’s role is to establish a partnership with both client companies and qualified candidates to ensure successful placement. On the client side, consultants will work closely with clients to define job requirements, develop candidate profiles, match candidates to appropriate jobs, and negotiate offer terms and conditions. On the candidate side, consultants will identify candidates, source candidates and utilize appropriate resources to become a successful placement professional.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Effectively source candidates using a variety of methods, including social media, job boards, and referrals.

Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates qualified candidates.

Work to understand candidate’s marketability and needs – including salary and title – to help set realistic expectations.

Identify prospective client companies by selling Winter, Wyman as a business partner.
-
Become a business partner with client to understand culture, interview process, benefits information, etc.
-
Ability to build and develop a territory through research and prospecting.
-
Advise clients on employment trends, salary trends, technology and candidate availability.
-
Ability to run successful candidate interviews.
-
Negotiate fee agreements, terms and conditions and candidate offers.
-
Successfully complete all training programs.
-
Meet and maintain cold calling numbers.
-
Effectively present the best qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and deliver offers.

Assist candidates through the hiring process – including interview preparation, setting expectations, offer letters, references.

Meet with clients to sell Winter, Wyman services.

Help manage transitions from current to new job.

Demonstrate Winter, Wyman’s core values of integrity, dedication, teamwork and excellence.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, or related experience.

One year of related business experience strongly preferred.

Previous inside/outside sales a plus.

Excellent listening and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve results.

Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.

Ability to persevere and be resilient in face of setbacks and challenging sales goals.

Knowledge of Bullhorn or other Applicant Tracking System/Customer Relationship Management system strongly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify client opportunities by selling Winter, Wyman as a business partner that can add true value.
- Use consultative selling skills to distinguish yourself and the service you provide.
- Help clients identify position requirements and managing the search process by building trust and respect throughout the course of the relationship.
- Advise clients regarding employment trends, including salary, technology, and candidate availability.
- Screen resumes for job order appropriateness.
- Effectively present the best candidates to clients, focusing on how individual qualifications meet the client’s needs.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of all offers with clients.
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships for mutual, long-term success.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
- 3+ years of prior technical staffing sales experience preferred.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and persuade others in a sales environment.

Our National Digital Group, which focuses in the web and creative space, is a three-year-old start up looking for a Recruiting Manager to help grow, lead and develop a team of 5 recruiters in our Boston, MA office.
The day-to-day role of the Recruiting Manager will be a unique balance of running your own desk, strategic and long-term planning, and growing, developing and managing a successful team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing performance coaching and feedback.

Collaborate with Divisional Manager to establish and implement strategic staffing plan.

Establish an expectation among all staff members that they share responsibility for team success, including proactively assisting and coaching new hires when necessary.

Educate staff regarding cross-divisional functions and strategies.
