WinterWyman, is hiring entry-level sales professionals to participate in our Client Support Specialist program in our NYC office. The goal of this program is to promote the Client Support Specialist into the Account Manager/Client Development role working with our client companies. Our comprehensive training plan will teach you all aspects of the staffing business including client acquisition, development and management within an exciting recruiting environment. Over a six month period, you will learn how to prospect, qualify, build relationships, support and manage new business. While this is primarily a client-facing role, you’ll also be exposed to the full recruiting cycle including sourcing of candidates from job boards, job postings and the interview process.
The duties of the CSS will include the following:
Conduct market and company research using Google, Zoom Info, Linked In, etc.
Analyze hiring trends.
Accompany Account Managers to client site visits.
Support the placement process by scheduling and preparing candidates for interviews.
Utilize WinterWyman’s CRM to book activity such as interviews, appointments, placements, etc.
Assist senior staff with prospecting.
