Staffing Support Specialist

WinterWyman is hiring entry-level sales professionals to participate in our Staffing Support Specialist Program.

 

The goal of this program is to learn the full candidate life cycle process, acquire knowledge and expertise of the multiple technology skill sets of our candidates.  By acquiring this knowledge, skills and competencies, you will be prepared for a promotion to the client side of the business in a Client Support Specialist position, which could ultimately result in the role of Account Manager/Client Development role working with our client companies!

 

Our comprehensive training plan will teach you all aspects of the staffing business from sourcing and identifying qualified candidates to screening and presenting these candidates to a Staffing Manager.  Once you’ve mastered this side of the business, you will learn about client acquisition, development and management within an exciting recruiting environment. Over a twelve month period, you will be exposed to the full recruiting cycle in addition to learning how to prospect, qualify, build relationships, support and manage new business.

 

The duties of the Staffing Support Specialist (SSS) will include the following: 

  • Source/identify qualified candidates.
  • Outreach to candidates electronically and by phone.
  • Qualify and screen candidates.
  • Transition candidates to a Staffing Manager.
  • Shadow and support the Staffing Manger during the candidate placement process.
  • Attend technology events.
  • Participate in multiple trainings across various venues including live training as well as Podcasts, online training and roundtable discussions.

 

Once proficient in the SSS role, you will be promoted to the position of Client Support Specialist. The responsibilities for this role are as follows:

  • Conduct market and company research using Google, Zoom Info, Linked In, Boston.com, Mass HighTech, etc.
  • Analyze hiring trends.
  • Accompany Account Managers to client site visits.
  • Support the placement process by scheduling and preparing candidates for interviews.
  • Utilize WinterWyman’s CRM to book activity such as interviews, appointments, placements, etc.
  • Marketing campaigns.
  • Assist senior staff with prospecting.
