Making an Impact in the Communities we Serve.

At WinterWyman, we believe in giving back to the communities in which we work and live. As good corporate citizens, more than 90% of our employees participate in company-sponsored community service activities or drives during work hours and personal time. Such acts range from playing games with the patients at a local children’s hospital, to serving meals at homeless shelters, to baking cookies for area seniors, to prepping meals for homebound neighbors.

Last year alone, we participated in 50 community development events, fulfilled the holiday wish lists of 50 area children, held several drives (for clothing, toys and food), awarded eight educational and charity grants and put in 875 volunteer hours. We also held our annual Community Development Day where our employees volunteered at area charities. And, we undertook a very special holiday community development initiative, WinterWyman’s 25 Days of Giving, where we spread a little kindness and joy to charitable organizations and random strangers throughout the Boston and New York City areas.
