WALTHAM, Mass. (Jan. 18, 2019) — WinterWyman, one of the Northeast’s premier talent acquisition firms, today announced that the company’s Board of Directors has appointed Scott Ragusa as Chief Executive Officer. A staffing industry veteran, Ragusa had previously served as President of WinterWyman’s Contract Staffing and Contingency Search businesses and will now be the executive in charge of all the Company’s operations. He succeeds Bob Boudreau, who had served as WinterWyman CEO since 2002.
“Bob did a great job helping to drive WinterWyman’s growth and success, and we really appreciate his years of service,” said WinterWyman’s Board of Directors. “We are fortunate to be able to promote Scott Ragusa to CEO of WinterWyman as the executive in charge of all operations. Scott is a recognized leader in the staffing industry and for many years has led most of our revenue-producing and customer-facing activities. We look forward to Scott leading WinterWyman into a bright and promising future.”
Ragusa joined WinterWyman in 1999 following positions at two national staffing firms. He has a Bachelor of Science from Merrimack College in North Andover, Mass. and is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Staffing Association (MSA).
