A Little Bit About Me

I always like to see when employers take control of the interview process. It’s common for quality candidates to come off the market quickly, especially in a candidate scarce market. It is best for employers to keep their candidates engaged throughout the process and move quickly to make the right hire.

I see employers and job seekers alike who are too focused on their own agenda. It is always important to take a step back and consider the other party. For clients, this can help reduce turnover, and for candidates, this increases their likelihood of landing their dream job.

I enjoy spending time with my family, playing basketball and getting outdoors as often as possible.

My favorite part of the job is the moment when you know you sent a client someone who is a perfect fit for the job. It’s always rewarding to know that we did our part to help our clients.
