I see employers and job seekers alike who are too focused on their own agenda. It is always important to take a step back and consider the other party. For clients, this can help reduce turnover, and for candidates, this increases their likelihood of landing their dream job.
I enjoy spending time with my family, playing basketball and getting outdoors as often as possible.
