A Little Bit About Me

The one piece of advice that I always give to job seekers is to keep an open mind! Often times, if we have a picture painted in our heads or too narrow of a mindset, we overlook the amazing opportunities that are right in front of us.

The biggest mistake that I consistently see job seekers make is not fully explaining all that they have to offer. It is imperative to display not only your unique skill set, but also where you have used those specific skills and how they relate to what you want to accomplish in your next position.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing sports (especially basketball and softball), going to games and dog sitting through the app, Rover.

My favorite part of my job is presenting exclusive opportunities to my candidates that they may have otherwise not known about. It is also a great feeling to be able to make the perfect match and continue to further develop professional relationships along the way.
